Refund & Cancellation
Effective Date: March 15, 2026
1. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their consultation requests at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the session may be subject to a nominal fee.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in cases of technical failure by our platform or if the assigned astrologer fails to show up for the scheduled session. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the astrological interpretation or predictions.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please contact our billing support at support@astroyuga.com for any refund-related queries.
4. Wallets
Amounts added to the AstroYuga wallet are non-refundable but can be used for any service offered on the platform at any time.
